Park City Jiu Jitsu

Since 2010, Park City Jiu Jitsu has committed to offering top-notch instruction to our students. Jiu Jitsu, renowned for its effectiveness, encompasses both standing and ground defense techniques rooted in leverage. Numerous real-life scenarios illustrate that most street altercations conclude on the ground. We help our students developtheir skills and deepen their understanding of these essential self defense skills. Our facility is safe and comfortable and our instructors are highly experienced and extensively trained.
